⚙️Install with eSIM QR code

📶 ✅ Before installation, please connect to Wi-Fi network or mobile data. (Hotspot Network X)

STEP 1 - Camera → Scan your eSIM QR code

⚠️ It may takes about 3-5 minutes depending on the situation.

STEP 2 - After the eSIM installation is complete, go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager

If a new eSIM appears under "eSIM” = Installation completed ✅

📌If your device shows a "Authentication Failed" message: This is normal as the local network has not been found before reaching the destination. **Do not remove the eSIM.**🙅🏻‍♀️

STEP 3 : After arrival

Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager
3.1 “eSIM” : Switch on
3.2 Bottom of the page “Mobile Data” column : Click → Switch to eSIM
3.3 ”Airplane Mode” ON/OFF 6-7 times → Wait until 4G or LTE signal shows✅

‼️The name of the eSIM may be displayed as “eSIM 1” or “eSIM 2” etc., you can always change the name by click on the eSIM.

➡️To customize the name of the eSIM: Tap on eSIM column and insert

🔑Install with SM-DP+ Address & Activation code

🛠️ Please attempt manual input if the eSIM QR code cannot be scanned.

🛠️ If eSIM is not working, please try the following methods:

🛠️ Add a new APN

1) [Settings] → [Connections] → [Mobile Networks] → [Access Point Names (APN)]

2) Press [+] and insert the APN information of your eSIM

3) “Save” → [Airplane mode] 6-7 times ON/OFF

🛠️ Reset the network settings

[Settings] > [General Management] > [Reset] >Reset mobile network settings </aside>
